Learn how to make a mirror marble cake
Ingredients:
- 20g gelatin powder
- 120g water
- 300g glucose
- 300g sugar
- 150g water
- 200g sweetened cond milk
- 300g white chocolate
- Food coloring
How it's made:
Grab a small container and boil gelatin in 120g of water. Then take a slightly bigger pot and boil glucose and sugar in 150g of water. Remove the heat and add the gelatin. Add the cond milk. Melt 300g of white chocolate with butter or buerre. Pour over chocolate and buerre mix to remove air bubbles;use at 35C/95F. The marbling effect is achieved by pouring different colour glazes togeder over the cake.
