Chocolate brownie

Ingredients:
  • 20 cm square cake pan
  • 125 g chopped butter
  • 185 g chopped dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 2  eggs
  • 40 g sifted plain flour
  • 155 g chopped white eating chocolate
  • 90 g chopped milk eating chocolate
How it's made:

Preheat oven to 180°C./ 160°C. fan. Gas mark 4. . Grease deep 20cm square cake pan, line base with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over sides. Combine butter and chopped dark eating (semi-sweet) chocolate in medium saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and eggs, then sifted flour, white eating chocolate and milk eating chocolate.

Spread mixture into pan. Bake about 35 minutes. Cool in pan.
