A Low Carb no bake energy ball that taste just like Danish butter cookies, are sugar free, and are ready in just a few minutes!
These low carb energy bites / balls are buttery, sweet, a little salty, and hard to eat just one. Luckily they are less than 2 net carbs per serving, isn't that amazing?!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Almond Flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)
- 3 Tbsp Melted butter
- 2 Tbsp Swerve Sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of salt
How it's made:
2. The mixture should be wet enough to stick together
3. Scoop out 1 tbsp of the mixture at a time a roll into a ball
4. The balls should be 1 1/4 inch in diameter
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour, if desired
