(VEGAN) Home made raw chocolate

Learn how to make a raw vegan chocolate!



Ingredients:

  • Raw cacao butter (100g)
  • Raw cacao powder (100g)
  • Raw avage syrup (40g)

How it's made:

Chop raw cacao butter and melt it at 48C/118F. Put 100g of raw cacao powder in melted butter and mix. Remove the heat and ad raw avage syrup, add more sweetener if you like. Turn up the heat again and bring it up to 29C/84F. Remove the heat and pour out in a container of your choice. Leave in the fridge untill hard.
